Terms of use

By downloading or playing a MBY Games game you agree to these terms. Have them reviewed by legal counsel before publishing — this is a template, not legal advice.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games, except where law permits it.
• Cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or interfere with other players.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the games or their assets.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from; we can help, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

Availability

We may update, suspend or retire a game or an online service at any time. Where a service is retired we will give reasonable notice in-game.

Intellectual property

All game content — code, art, audio, names and logos — remains the property of MBY Games. Streaming and video content creation from our games is welcome and permitted, including monetised channels.

Disclaimer and liability

Games are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
